The president of Moss/ATS, Bruce Claridge, acquired the company in 1991. He is proud to remark that Moss/ATS is an Associate Member of the Heavy Duty Distributor Council (HDDC), which is a Canadian non-profit organization of the major distributors in the heavy duty truck market. The HDDC exists to educate its members on the subjects of production, use, service, maintenance, repair and replacement of heavy duty truck and trailer parts in heavy vehicle transportation.
