Town of Newmarket
The Town of Newmarket is a municipality in the heart of Region of York, represented by nine Councillors, including Mayor Tony Van Bynen and Regional Councillor John Taylor. The Council members set policies, by-laws, approve planning applications, give direction and set budgets for the Town. Mayor Van Bynen and Regional Councillor Taylor represent the Town of Newmarket on Regional Council.
